How It Works

Five steps, no retainer, no annual contract. Built so your in-house team ends up owning the result, not depending on us for it.

1

Tell us what's going on

Fill out the contact form or send a short message describing the situation: an incident that just happened, an audit on the calendar, a Serious Injury and Fatality (SIF) concern you can't quite pin down, or a safety management system nobody's opened in years. You don't need to know the exact scope, that's our job to help figure out.

2

We scope it and send a quote

Usually within one business day, you'll get a plain-language scope of work and a price, for that engagement only. No membership fee, no commitment beyond the work you're asking for.

3

We match you with a registered professional

Someone from our network with real experience in your industry: construction, forestry, or oil & gas, and in the specific problem you're facing, not a generalist working outside their depth.

4

They work with your in-house team

Not around your team, or instead of it. The engagement is built so your existing staff are involved throughout, learning the reasoning behind the recommendations, not just receiving a report.

5

You pay for the engagement, and your team runs with it

You pay the quoted price for that piece of work. When it's done, you're left with documentation, a plan, and a team that understands it well enough to maintain it, not an ongoing dependency on an outside consultant.

Questions

Frequently Asked

Do I need to sign a contract or retainer?

No. Each engagement is scoped and quoted on its own. If you want ongoing advisory support, we can structure that too, but it's never required to access the platform.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on the scope of the engagement: the service, the size of your operation, and the complexity of the situation. You'll see the price before any work starts. See our pricing page for a starting-point breakdown.

Are your professionals actually certified?

Yes. Every professional in our network holds a recognized H&S credential (such as CRSP, NCSO, CSP, or a provincial equivalent) and is vetted for relevant industry experience before being matched to a project.

What happens after the engagement ends?

You keep everything, reports, plans, updated documentation, and your in-house team is set up to maintain it going forward. There's no obligation to bring us back, though many clients do for their next need.

What industries do you work with?

We're focused on construction, forestry, and oil & gas services: sectors with real Serious Injury and Fatality (SIF) exposure and demanding audit requirements. See Industries for more detail.

Ready to describe your situation?

It takes five minutes to tell us what's going on. You'll have a scoped quote back within one business day.
